plagiarism

what is plagiarism? a term that im certain everyone is familiar with is copy paste.

plagiarism is not cool ok. it isn't easy for a person to come up with something then for someone else to claim it as their own. it is...heartbreaking.

i know it's easier to just simply copy and paste an individual's work and to credit it as your own. whoever here has taken BMW would understand. it's definitely frustrating to find a certain source only to not be familiar of how to cite it. i know for a fact that we just let it slide, but no! we have to credit their work because im positive that it took them (original author) almost forever (or felt like it) to finish their respective  paper. i mean, we had to do the literature review so how would you feel if someone took your proposal? it hurts.

what's even heartbreaking if a friend was the one who did that to you.

like Zayn Malik plagiarise MY name and made it his. Almazing jadi AmaZayn. NOT COOL BRO!

thanks Syaza!

and this is only the beginning of a very lengthy post. too many to choose from in fact.

i too hate it when people tend to look down on me when i tell them that i am majoring in English. well, to you sir, as if your business is going rather well eh? #ohpleaseterasa

my first intention of wanting to major in English is because i have always wanted to be a magazine editor. if you have read this post then you will understand. why you may ask? what has triggered this dream job of mine? okay, i must admit that i only started to want to be a magazine editor after i watched The Devil Wears Prada! haha but after i have been spoilt with so many choices, i might as well have more than one dream hehe.

ahh yes, i can't seem to be patient enough to step my pretty little feet in the Garden of Knowledge and Virtue because as soon as i enter there, i will be joining the theatres! yes, that is an ambition of mine! i can like feel the inner Rachel Berry in me! just wait till you see my name in bright neon lights!

hello people, just so you know i have 4 months to kill at home! being a domestic engineer and all hehe

anyways, thought of being active in blogger since im bored on facebook and there's not really much to do on twitter except rant heh.

anyways, i was on facebook the other day and i saw one of my 'friends' updated this,

at first after i read it, i was like, "oh praise the Lord, finally someone who doesn't know the existence of this band!"

but then it got me thinking, what the hell is wrong with this girl? i mean 1 Direction are freaking EVERYWHERE! you cannot simply go a day without hearing 1 Direction in any of the media. be it the radio, television, magazines just freaking everywhere! they are even trending like 24/7 on twitter! they even have an infection named after them "1 Direction Infection". gross but heck that's how famous they are! haha

i mean, not like im getting emotional that you didn't know who Zayn Malik was but come on girl, don't tell me you have never listened to "What Makes You Beautiful" or "One Thing"? they're even selling their ringtones on TV3 LOL.

come on girl, don't be a frog under a coconut shell! eh i mean, don't be living under a rock! read the news, watch the news, keep updated with the world man! even if it is entertainment! people will respect you if you are well known about current issues or any issue at all for that matter even if it is just a boy band!

that's when i saw this,

oh hello the youth of the country! oh hello there our prospective leader of the future!

i hate to break it to you, but this is what is going on in our future leaders. wow! i don't know about you but that is surely not the future i want to live in.

islamic students

went out with Farhah today. we went to watch Dark Shadows.

it wasn't like the best movie but Johnny Depp made it all worthwhile hehe

anyways, that's not the point of this post.

when we went out just now, my outfit was just very casual y'know like jeans and tudung bawal. and Farhah was like, "i thought kau budak UIA pakai tudung labuh and all haha"

yeah, we all have this perception that entering UIA would produce more Islamic and more pious students. i did too before i myself was admitted to the university haha. but in reality, we're just normal teens. no different from any other adolescent studying in any other institution.

i guess this video would sum it all,
